  Surgery International Open Access Journal - (SIOAJ) | Stephy Publishers Abstract Introduction: The laparoscopic surgery is done by using a single port. You place a device through a single incision between 18mm to 50mm and 3-4 trocars can be used. Our work consists of making 3 little incisions to put the three trocars which measure 5 mm and use conventional instruments that measure 36 cm of length of laparoscopic surgery within the internal limits of the umbilicus. Objective: Describe the surgery technique and evaluate the initial results of a laparoscopic cholecystectomy option through three intraumbilical incisions. Methods: It is a retrospective, descriptive, multicentre and observational study. Since June 2014 to August 2019, 20 patients, 17 females and 3 males, were operated using this method from the age ranges of 16 to 65 years old. The average surgical time was 65 minutes.   Journal of Dental Research and Oral Hygiene  | Stephy publishers Abstract The impact of cigarette smoke on bone grafts in implantodontics has been discussed in the scientific literature. The present study aimed to evaluate bone repair in calvaria of rats after the performance of critical bone defects and graft of bone ceramic biomaterial in animals exposed or not to cigarette smoke. Bone defects of 5mm in diameter were made in parietal bone. Each defect was filled with Bone Ceramic biomaterial. Twenty rats were used and divided into 2groups: test, consisting of 10rats exposed to cigarette smoke; and a control group, consisting of 10rats not exposed to cigarette smoke. The animals were euthanized in the 4th postoperative week and bone tissue samples were extracted to perform the histometric analysis. However, there is a dearth of literature concerning what is offered to and accepted by ARMS service users within routine services. Methods: This descriptive evaluation reports upon the assessment and treatment of people with an at-risk mental state identified during the first year of a routine service operating in line with the EIP standard. The paper details referral sources, referral to treatment times, socio-demographic characteristics, ARMS subgroups and the interventions accepted by these service users.
