Treatment Multi Bone Fracture by Immobilization in Pediatric: A Well-Done Case Report Introduction: Treatment for bone injury in children is different to adult. Selecting method depeding on age, articular cartilage and demanding  movement. Non-operation treatment on direction and immobilization in plaster is academic method, good result, aspecialy in little children. Case report: A man 4 years old who has bihumerus fracture and bifemur fracture in multiple injuries condition was directtioned and immobilizationed in plaster at Orthopeadic clinical and out patient department- Viet Duc University Hospital. Result: Affter 1 year, patient has good result, good bone regeneration, good direction, balance limb height, patient movement is normaly without complication. Conclustion: direction and immobilization treatment are a good choice for bone injury in little children. https://www.stephypublishers.com/sojmccr/pdf/SOJMCCR.MS.ID.000531.pdf

Accuracy of 3D Printed Burnout Resin Versus CAD/CAM Milled Wax Castings Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of 3D printed burnout resin, CAD/CAM milled wax and CAD/CAM PMMA and the effect on die spacing and cementation onto the tooth. Method: Design and manufactured three different type of digital materials, PMMA, milled wax and 3D printed burnout resin (n=4/product). PMMA and milled wax were milled by MC X5 CAD/CAM machine and 3D printed resin was produced by Asiga Max. Scanning the crowns sprayed by Shera scan spray using INEOS extraoral scanner to create STL files exported for comparison with master crown. We invest (90% to 10% Shera to distal water ratio) using Shera Fina 2000 investment material and cast with Sirona PFM dental cast alloy. Devasting and grinding out the excess alloy around the crown with a 3.3 bar pressure sandblasting. Repeating the scanning processes with casted crowns and compare the STL files in cloud-compare software. Using A...

Hesitancy of Covid-19 Vaccination among Teenagers and Young Adults Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It is a global pandemic and has led to serious illness and death among all ages and even in younger adults who are otherwise healthy. The best way to prevent and slow down the transmission of this deadly disease is to get vaccinated. As per the CDC teenagers and young adults between the ages of 12 to 24 have the lowest vaccination rate among those eligible to receive a COVID vaccine. We did a survey-based study among high school and college students to find out the reasons for the reluctance of Covid 19 vaccination Covid-19 is a global health pandemic and has caused almost 5.5 million deaths as of January 2022.1 The USA experienced the highest Covid- 19 associated mortality among the world countries. COVID-19 vaccinations played a crucial role in flattening out the number of cases and deaths. Currently, Vaccines from PfizerBioN...

Spontaneous Rupture of Subclavian Artery Branch Leads to Compromised Airway Though rare, a spontaneous rupture of a branch of the left subclavian artery leading to a compromised airway requiring emergent intervention by experienced staff can occur. In such cases, the expanding hematoma can cause tracheal deviation. Here we discuss the emergent airway management of such a case emphasizing the importance of early intervention by an experienced airway management team. We present the case of a spontaneous rupture of a branch of the left subclavian artery leading to a compromised airway requiring emergent intervention by experienced staff. Such causes of tracheal deviation are exceedingly rare, though may become more common as people take antiplatelet drugs as a means to prevent pathology induced clots. A non-stridorous 60 year old male with past medical history significant for myocardial infarction and multiple strokes currently taking clopidogrel and rivaroxaban. While intoxicated, h...

IFA Utilization and Factors Associated with IFA Utilization Among Pregnant Women Attending ANC at Government Health Facilities and Family Guidance Clinic in Hawassa City, South Ethiopia Background: Iron deficiency is the most common nutritional disorder in the world, and most prevalent in women of reproductive age. Iron supplementation is a common strategy currently used to control iron deficiency, and iron deficiency anemia in developing countries. However, it is not clear whether women actually ingest the supplements. Objectives: To assess IFA utilization and factors associated with IFA utilization among pregnant women attending ANC at government health facilities and family guidance clinic in Hawassa city, South Ethiopia. Methods: Facility based cross-sectional survey was conducted in March /2015. Sample size is determined by using single and double population proportion. Consecutive sampling technique was used to select study units. Data was collected by trained unemployed dip...

Hypoglycemia in Non-Diabetic Patient: Report of Two Cases of Insulinoma Background: Insulinoma is a B-cell tumor of the islets of the pancreas with an incidence of 4 per 1 million people per year, which produces excess insulin and can cause symptoms related to hypoglycemia at the level of the central nervous system or symptoms related to excess release of compensatory catecholamines. The presence of hypoglycemia, elevated insulin, proinsulin, and c-peptide levels suggest endogenous hyperinsulinism, which together with imaging findings suggestive of neuroendocrine tumor, allow establishing the diagnostic impression of Insulinoma. Cases report: Patients with neuroglycopenic symptoms, biochemical profile of hypoglycemia, endogenous hyperinsulinemia and radiological finding compatible with insulinoma are reported, who were treated by surgical resection of the tumor, with complete resolution of the initial symptoms. Conclusion: The clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment of insu...
