  Pregnancy and Women’s Health Care International Journal  - (PWHCIJ)|  Stephy Publishers Abstract Background:  The COVID-19 is a real pandemia and only very few countries in the world were minimally affected. Objective:  To measure the impact of COVID-19 deaths in 49 countries (49 SC or selected countries) and correlate them with, ecological, demographical, social, economic variables, aging and chronic diseases. Material and methods:  The 49 SCs are those considered by WHO reliable in term of deaths records. Data concerning COVID-19 were taken from John Hopkins records updated to December 5th. The ecological, demographical, social, economical variable were consistent with the CIA Fact Book 2020. The deaths due to the most common diseases and cancers were taken from the WHO records in term of ASDRs (Age Standardized Death Rate). The age index was taken from The World Bank. Drawing on the work of Erikson, Cross describes stages of identity development from negro to black which he originally related to the historical context of the black consciousness period of the 1970s but later, developed into a tool to measure black identity.  Clinical and Epidemiological Characteristics of COVID-19 in the Barros Luco Hospital Emergency Unit: the First 164 Patients Current Investigations in Clinical and Medical Research - (CICMR) | Stephy Publishers Abstract Our country was one of many hit by the new coronavirus pandemic, of which its clinical manifestation, mortality rate, laboratory and imaging findings are not still fully understood and in research. This document pretends to elaborate a presentation profile-which includes clinical manifestation, radiologic and laboratory findings-of 164 SARS-CoV2 (+) patients that concurred to the Emergency Service in Barros Luco-Trudeau Hospital. This retrospective-descriptive research paper shows that the most common SARS-CoV2 (+) patient consulting on this ER was predominantly young, not necessarily having a known contact for SARS-CoV2 nor risk factors for complications related to COVID-19.
