Dark Triad of Personality, Difficulties in Emotional Regulation and Career Exploration Behavior in Students The study titled, “Dark Triad of Personality, Difficulties in Emotional Regulation and Career Exploration Behavior in students is very relevant to the academic industry. The study shows that there is a significant positive relationship between dark triad of personality, difficulties in emotion regulation and career exploration behavior in students. The aim of the study was to see that what can be done to improve career exploration behavior in students. The findings indicate that there is significant relationship between the three constructs. This study has wide implications for academic professionals and related in the discipline’s social science and humanities. Hence, less psychopathic tendencies are found in students of Pakistan and prove to be valuable in global academic settings.  https://www.stephypublishers.com/jpssr/pdf/JPSSR.MS.ID.000540.pdf

The Water-Polymer Method of Hydroperforation of Oil and Gas wells Abstract The aim of the study is to develop an efficient, innovative method of perforating oil and gas well casing strings with a high-velocity stream of polymer solution that conserves resources and energy and meets the requirements for environ- mentally friendly hydrocarbon production. New knowledge about the dynamics of polymer solutions in the model conditions of flow through the nozzles of the hydro perforator, which form a high-velocity jet, became the main scientific basis for substantiating the water-polymer method of hydro perforation of oil and gas wells. The study of the reaction of polymer solutions to tension hydrodynamic influence allowed to formulate a structural concept, the "common denominator" of which is the strong deformation effect of tension hydrodynamic field on high molecular weight coils, which, according to nonequilibrium thermodynamics, should cause a kind of high elasticity.  Comparative Study on the Level of Empathy and Emotional Intelligence in Adult Life This study examines the variations in emotional intelligence and empathy between young and elderly persons, as well as how these traits affect daily life. The tests were applied to a group of 60 subjects, all representing the female gender. Participants belong to the age range between 16 and 80 years. Given the presented, the objectives of the paper are: To ascertain the differences in emotional intelligence and empathy between the two age groups. Only in the instance of emotional intelligence was the theory supported by statistical calculations. When it comes to empathy, there were no statistically significant differences, and the studies found explain why. Our premise is that these traits must be developed by any citizen, regardless of their status (educator, businessmen and leaders) in order to grow and develop the best quality of life.  https://www.stephypublishers.com/jpssr/pdf/JPSSR.MS.ID...

Bilobe Flap for Local Defects Due to Basal Cell Carcinoma of the Facial Region. Case Report Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) is an increasingly frequent pathology in the vast majority hospital of Paraguay. The Nasal region suffers from a disadvantage with respect to its position compared to other parts of the body that are not exposed to ultraviolet radiation, these neoplasms generally have an excellent prognosis, mainly due to their lack of lymphatic spread, distant metastases, self-limitation. Bilobed flaps represent an excellent option for small skin defects, its practical and aesthetic. https://www.stephypublishers.com/sojmccr/pdf/SOJMCCR.MS.ID.000519.pdf

What is the Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic Era on Pregnant Women Sero-Positivity for Syphilis Among Women Attending Antenatal Care in India and Number of Babies Diagnosed with Congenital Syphilis? Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) still continue to be a major public health problem globally, affecting the quality of life as well as causing serious morbidity and mortality. STIs have a direct and significant impact on reproductive and child health. They can directly cause infertility, cancers as well as pregnancy complications, and indirectly affects individual economies. The information on the number of PW found to be sero positive for Syphilis among women attending antenatal care in India and number of babies diagnosed with Congenital Syphilis is collected from HMIS electronic records of MoHFW, Government of India with key objective to know about the impact of covid-19 era i.e., 2020 and 2021 on prevalence of syphilis by comparing it with the pre pandemic era of 2018 and 2019.  Skin Cancer: Attitudes and Behaviors Among Adolescents for Sun Protection Sun exposure during childhood and adolescence is an important risk factor for all skin cancers. Sunlight stimulates a multitude of important biological effects on skin, causing, amongst other pathological and carcinogenesis changes. This study was performed to evaluate the knowledge and behaviors among adolescence about the effect of sun`s exposure as a cause of skin cancer. Material and Methods: In this study, subjects between 14 to 19 years of age were recruited from the high schools in Tirana Albania. The participants were administered a questionnaire consisting of items related to knowledge, attitudes and behaviors related to protection protective behavior against skin cancers and sun protection. Descriptive data related to demographics and responses to the questions are presented. Results: A total of 104 participants (mean age 17.63±1.08 years) were included. The study included 90(86.5%) male and14(13.5...

Case Review: Diversified Wound Management with A Dual-Purpose Wound Occluding Honey Based Ointment The correct and effective management of wounds remains challenging within the wound care discipline even though much effort and attention has been directed toward novel technologies and advanced approaches. As wound healing takes place in four stages, the selection of the appropriate treatment, depending on the respective stage on the patients’ wound, is crucial. In addition, identifying the type of wound might be difficult in some cases, which in combination with the aforementioned further complicates appropriate wound management. This article discusses a single product wound management, by means of case studies, in an attempt to describe a simplified and possibly cost-effective way to manage wounds effectively. The efficient and proper management of wounds remains a clinical problem, frequently causing morbidity and mortality due initial and delayed complications. Consequently, a s...
